Anderson DUO 33 Expeller Press, setup for rendering process, complete with feeder, 10 HP motor for vertical transmission, 40 HP motor for main worm shaft, drainage cage, T-53 thrust unit, hopper, main gear transmission and motorized jaws adjustment system.

Used Anderson Expeller Press Model RB, in good operating conditions, complete with tempering conditioner, Thrust Unit, Horizontal Main Gear Case with 30 HP main electric motor, Vertical Gear Head, Feeder, Drainage Cage, Mechanism for Jaws Adjustment. This Press can produce 8-10 TPD (running 24 hours at day) leaving a 6.5 -8% residual oil in cake.

Use Anderson Expeller Press DUO 33, in good operating conditions, complete with Thrust Unit, Horizontal Main Gear Case with 40 HP main electric motor, 10HP Vertical Gear Head, Feeder, Drainage Cage, Mechanism for Jaws Adjustment. This Press can produce 10-12 TPD (running 24 hours at day) leaving a 5-6.5% residual oil in cake.

The unit is furnished with Thrust Unit (T-53), Choke Adjustment System, New Herringbone Gear and Herringbone Integral Pinion, Pressure Bars, Spacer, Shims, Knifes, Bearings, Main Worm Shaft, Retainers and Seals. Electric are 3/60/230/460 volts. Starters and Control Panel are NOT included. Sandblasted and Painted.

The unit is furnished with Thrust Unit (T-53), Herringbone Main Gear Case, Choke Adjustment System, New Pressure Bars, Spacer, Shims, Knifes, Retainers and Seals. Main Worm Shaft and Bearings will be furnished in Used Condition. Electric are 3/60/230/460 volts. Starters and Control Panel are NOT included. Sandblasted and Painted.
