Used Sparkler Filters Inc. Model 18" basket Nutche 316 stainless steel filter. 20" diameter x 36" deep. Basket material is 316 SS electro polished. Basket capacity 24 gallon, tank capacity 48 gallon. Internal rated 60/FV @ 350 degrees F. National Board # 2315. MFR# 22540.  Basket dimensions are 17" diameter x 26" high. Fittings top (2) 1" (1) 2". Fittings bottom: (1) 3/4" (1) 2". Mounted on 304 SS legs to a portable platform with spark proof casters.

Unused Diessel GMBH approx 30 sq ft rotating leaf jacketed pressure vacuum filter. Sanitary stainless steel construction. Built In 1998, not used. Horizontal tank 21 1/2 in ID x 12 in deep, electro-polished internally with clamps. ASME code stamped full VAC/87 PSI internal, 43 PSI jacket @ 300 deg F. stationary flat head with shaft mounted leaves, tank rolls back on stainless steel track to expose leaves. Has six stainless steel leaves 21 in diameter with 1 1/2 in space between the leaves. Rotation of shaft mounted leaves is via chain & sprocket drive, sew Eurodrive with 0.8 kw motor, gear reducer with handwheel for varying the speeds. Fitted with seven wash nozzles in tank for sluicing of the leaves. Can also be used for dry cake discharge. S/N 98182590. National Board #94. Spare set of unused leaves.

Polish Filters Five 5 Units available made by  Filter Specialists, Inc (FSI) 3-bag filter - Model FSP-355-CS, Serial numbers 16296, 16297, 16298, 16299, 16300.

These filters were new in 1988. MAWP Rated at 150 psi at 500F, with stainless steel housings, made for #2 size bags,filter surface area = 13.3 sf. These were filtering edible oil at 200 gpm, 160F at 10 microns.

They can filter up to 600 gpm max flow rate if desired; each unit has a 3 inch inlet/4 inch outlet.

 Built to ASME specifications and with the "U" stamp. Filter media per customers specifications.

Dimensions are: 2 ft dia x 4 ft tall, each weight 400 pounds.
