Two 2 good condition used as is Insta Pro Model 2500 extruders with side feeder and w/ 150 hp motors, plus lot of misc. spare parts.

Two (2) Used As Is in Excellent Condition INSTA PRO DRY Extruders model 2500, serial numbers 288 & 298, completes with the following features:

-       Side-mount, on skid variable speed volumetric screw feeder with 5 HP (3.7 kw) @ 1800 RPM electric motor with chain drive, Safety Guard, variable frequency drive and feeder level indicator (sight glass).

-       Attached digital electric control panel with temperature reader, hour meter, feeder speed control, amp meter, cutter start/stop control.

-       Sprecher+Schuh soft starter for 125 HP main electric motor with fuses, start/stop control and cabinet.

-       5 5/16” minor internal diameter and 32” long extrusion barrel. (3 sections)

-       Main worm shaft with screws and steam locks.

-       125 HP (90.0 kw) main electric motor @ 1800 RPM with driven sheave, belt and safety guard.

-       Attached swing arm to fit the cutter assembly to produce animal feed (Pet Food / Fish Feed).

-       Nominal capacity: 2000-3000 lbs/hour depending on application and formulation.
