Excellent Anderson Century-On Expeller Press: 6” x 5’ variable speed screw feeder with 2HP motor. Vertical gearhead with 40HP motor. Vertical discharge head with 22” drainage cage and diamondbars. Extra heavy duty main gear case with herringbone gear, integral pinion, lubricating system and 50 HP motor (Directly connected). Extra heavy duty thrust bearing and drainage hopper. Horizontal main worm shaft and 33” long drainage cage with diamondbars. Oil product conveyor with ½HP motor coupled to a reducer. Hydraulic cone choke with oil pump, hoses, connections and 2HP motor. Modular Rockwell Automation VFD’s for 40HP and 50HP motors with cabinets. Motors starters with cabinet.

Used Anderson Expeller Press Model RB, in good operating conditions, complete with tempering conditioner, Thrust Unit, Horizontal Main Gear Case with 30 HP main electric motor, Vertical Gear Head, Feeder, Drainage Cage, Mechanism for Jaws Adjustment. This Press can produce 8-10 TPD (running 24 hours at day) leaving a 6.5 -8% residual oil in cake.
